Yoga Therapy
Yoga at Vihaara is offered as a medically guided and therapeutic practice, designed to support both health needs and everyday fitness. We are the first centre in Cochin to provide doctor-led yoga therapy, ensuring that every practice is safe, structured, and appropriate for your body.
Many people come to us with back pain, joint stiffness, stress, fatigue, or poor sleep. Others come simply to feel stronger, more flexible, lighter in the body, and more at ease in their daily movement. Each participant begins with a brief assessment so the practice can be adapted to their body, condition, and goals.
Sessions focus on correct alignment, breath, and steady progression, while also cultivating calm awareness through mindful movement and simple meditation practices. Drawing from classical Hatha yoga and therapeutic movement, the sessions help the body strengthen, release tension, improve mobility, and restore balance in a sustainable way.
